Department’. Primary responsibilities are recognition and reconcile
Export Sales and Export Debtors, recording and reconcile Export
Proceeds, bank reconciliation PKR and FC accounts, daily Fund
Management, Shares trading recording, foreign services payments
(FTTs). Advance income tax working annually, import payments and
other freight & transportations payments.

Finance Office while serving ‘Finance Department’. Primary responsibilities are accounts finalization, reconciled of Accounts Payable; acknowledge purchase orders, responsibility to conduct fixed asset valuation by surveyor annually, reconcile the accounts receivable, Ensure maintenance of the general and subsidiary ledgers according to internal procedures. Secondary responsibilities are including Auto Part Costing, Conduct periodic cost analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps or variances. other responsibilities Short term Procurement budgeting, preparing reconciliation statements and Book keeping in computerized accounting software (Tally).
